A subsidiary of Family & Nursing Care, Legacy Home Care was formed to offer an alternative approach to home care through the Agency Directed Care model.  Offering expert guidance, the caregiving staff consists of only the most qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are able to combine their clinical experience with the ability to provide the appropriate support services to clients and families.

The office staff consists of trained care coordinators and nurses, who are directly involved with the day-to-day needs of clients.   

Long Term Care companies can be billed directly for the client’s convenience.
